e-Merges was incorporated by Shawn Harmon who graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Political Science and Economics. Mr. Harmon founded e-Merges in February 2000. He has over 13 years experience in the public records database market.

Tom Finch
President - 125West.com

Thomas Finch is president of www.125west.com, a leading national online retail catalog of specialty home and garden products, a business he founded in 1998. Prior to that, he had founded and managed Saeco USA for marketing superautomatic coffee machines and espresso machines to consumer and commercial users in the United States. He also has many years of international marketing and manufacturing experience in Europe. Finch holds MBA and BBA degrees from the College of William and Mary. He is active in the Rotary International civic organization and spends his free time playing and coaching baseball. He lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife and two children.

Steve Kullman
Managing Partner - KAWG&F, P.A. (formerly - Siebert & Co., P.A.)

Mr. Kullman is our accountant. He has extensive experience as a management consultant, financial advisor, and Chief Financial Officer. He served as controller for a major automobile dealership as well as Chief Financial Officer for B/R Instrument Corp. He was a senior manager for Century Business Services, Inc., a tax and Management Consulting firm. He also gained extensive experience as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, Private Client Group. Steve also has experience as Managing Partner at KAWG&F P.A. an Accounting & Management Consulting firm. He earned a B.S. degree from Salisbury University and he served in the U.S. Navy.

Kevin Harmon
Technology Advisor

Kevin Harmon graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with a degree in Economics. He has held increasingly progressive job responsibilities in the Information Technology Field since 1985. His job roles have included Programmer for a financial services firm, Director of IT for an medical insurance company, Project Leader for an accounting firm, and Software/Hardware Test Lab Manager and Technical Analyst for a savings and loan bank. His experience gives him a broad range of knowledge in the areas of Business Software Applications, System Analysis and Design, Data Mapping, Data Integration, Data Migration, Hardware/Software Technology, and Distributed Systems.
