The Direct Mail List 95% Deliverability Guarantee

e-Merges.com Inc. guarantees that when you acquire e-Merges mailing lists at our standard pricing, and conduct your USPS first class direct mailing within 21 days after shipment of your direct mail list order, we will:

(1) Credit your account for that portion of the mailing list records that exceeded 5% undeliverable.

(2) Credit your account for your cost of first class, one ounce postage that exceeded 5% undeliverable.

The fine print: In no case will the credit exceed the original cost of the list. Any undelivered items must be returned to us (at e-Merges expense) within 45 days after your direct mailing. Credits are redeemable for additional lists only. Credits are good for up to 6 months from the date of issue. Only one credit per list allowed. Mailing lists involving custom processing or special discounting are not creditable.

When you order online, your transaction is insured up to $100,000 by Authentic Insured Security from a-Plus.net™ . You may use either Google Checkout and Paypal both of which accept all major credit cards.

Our lists are compiled and updated continuously from a wide variety of public sources making it simply impossible to be 100% accurate. Plus, at any given time, nearly 20% of the population is moving, too. Our databases are almost perfect. You will find a small percentage of errors.Iit's not unusual for pieces to come back as undeliverable. The key is the responses you receive, not the number of returned pieces.

Our lists are a starting point. Don't expect to "hit the jackpot"
