e-Merges was incorporated by Shawn Harmon. Mr. Harmon graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Political Science and Economics. Mr. Harmon founded e-Merges in February 2000. Mr. Harmon has grown e-Merges from a simple data sales organization to an online merchant with several web based applications including ListComposer© and Electorates© . He lives in Annapolis with his wife, a physical therapist, and high school age daughter. His oldest daughter attends Bates College.

Thomas Finch is president of www.125west.com, a leading national online retail catalog of specialty home and garden products, a business he founded in 1998. Prior to that, he had founded and managed Saeco USA for marketing coffee and espresso machines to consumer and commercial users in the United States. He also has many years of international marketing and manufacturing experience in Europe. Finch holds MBA and BBA degrees from the College of William and Mary. He is active in the Rotary International civic organization and spends his free time playing and coaching baseball. He lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife and two children.

Patrick Harmon co-founded Johnson & Michaels, Inc. (JAMI) in 1993, a premier Chicago area Business Intelligence consulting firm. He was the CFO and COO until JAMI was sold to Cognos Corporation in 2000. During his tenure, JAMI made Inc 500's fastest growing companies list in both 1999 and 2000. Since JAMI's purchase he held positions as Director of Sales for Analytical Applications in the Americas for Cognos Corporation and Treasurer & Board Member for Greyhounds Only, Inc, a 501(c)(3) charity. Harmon holds a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is an active advisor for Junior Achievement and he and his wife are dedicated participants in Therapy Dogs International with their greyhound, Cynthia.
