When a company's pension plan is transferred to a regulatory agency, it indicates that the company is unable to locate persons who participated in that plan and is hence unable to give them any benefits they may be owed. The government is now continuing to look for these missing participants. Note that the person should have participated in a "defined benefit" pension plan in a privately owned company that terminated and then transferred the plan to the US government. A missing participant may be entitled to one of the following: (a) An annuity from a private insurance company, purchased by their former company (b) Funds deposited in a financial institution, such as a bank by their former company, (c) Benefits from the government if the former company transferred the missing person's funds to the government. The program to locate people missing from fully funded plans generally applies to people whose pension money is distributed on or after January 1, 1996. Before turning the name over to the government, the plan administrator of a fully funded pension plan must have made a diligent effort, including the use of a locator service, to find a former worker due a pension. Once a missing person or beneficiary is found, PBGC will pay the pension benefit or tell that person which insurance company has the annuity. Price - $750
Asian pacific surnames, Hispanic surnames, Black surnames, and White surname matching files comprise this unique dataset. Did you know that if your last name is: Frey, Larsen, Hess or Olson that there is at least a 96% chance that you are white. If your name is Jefferson or Washington there is a 75% and 89% chance respectively that you are black. The DNA ethnic surname matching file helps identify Asians, Blacks, Whites, and Hispanics. DNA determines the proportion and percentage of populations and in the case of Hispanic surnames, identifies the top eleven states for Hispanic origin and then assigns an additional weighted probability if the subject is a resident of any of those states. For Hispanic surname matching, there are probabilities based on the first and last three letters of a person’s name and there are even weighted averages based for instance, on the occurrence of the letters K or W anywhere within a last name.
Although the e-Merges DNA surname matching file main surname database is of 15,000 American citizens with a last name that occurs at least 100 times in the population, this surname matching file consists of five databases with numerous complementary approaches towards ethnic identification. When applied to last names in conjunction with census block group enumeration district data, your ethnic targeting will become extremely accurate. Price - $4500

The federal government insures various higher risk loans to first time home buyers or other qualified recipients. The vast majority of these loans are paid on time and in full. Several thousands of these loan holders are eligible for refunds from the federal government for completing their mortgage obligations either early or on time. The individuals listed are entitled to either of two types of mortgage insurance premium payments: (1) a distributive share payment or (2) an upfront mortgage insurance premium refund. The US government attempts to contact mortgagors who are due refunds; however, it was unable to locate these individuals who are due payments. The listing includes: mortgages which were paid off from 1977 through 2 years ago , name, address of last known residence of payee, amount owed payee. With some exceptions including a six year statute of limitations and no refunds after five years of a mortgage, refunds are granted to a refund or all or a portion of the insurance premium if the loan was acquired after 1983, the insurance was prepaid and there was no default. This file is great for direct marketing to proven qualified mortgage holders or for establishing prior addresses for over one million households.
