We Guarantee 95% Deliverability:

e-Merges.com, Inc. guarantees that when you acquire e-Merges mailing lists at our standard pricing and conduct your USPS first class direct mailing within 45 days after shipment of your direct mail list order, we will:

1. Refund CASH to your account for that portion of the mailing list records that exceeded 5% undeliverable.
2. Refund CASH to your account for your cost of first class, one ounce postage that exceeded 5% undeliverable.

The fine print: In no case will the refund exceed the original cost of the list. Any undelivered items must be returned to us as proof within 30 days after your direct mailing. Only one refund per list allowed.
